New European Bauhaus Academy launched

Today, Commissioner Ivanova launched the CBE JU-funded EU-wide training network to offer new sustainability skills and education across all levels of the construction sector. Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking

CBE JU is a €2 billion partnership between the European Union and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) that funds projects advancing competitive circular bio-based industries under Horizon Europe, the EU’s research and innovation programme. CBE JU is the legal and universal successor of BBI JU.

CBE JU is building on the success of its predecessor, the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU). Since 2014, this €3.7 billion partnership between the European Union and BIC has supported the European bio-based industries. Each euro of public money generated €2.8 of private investment.
